Refund policy

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:
✅ Unused and unwashed
✅ In original condition with tags and packaging intact

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Items purchased on Clearance / Final Sale are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Only one exchange is allowed per order.

If the requested size/style is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund as per your choice.
